There are a lot of options to chose from. - Salary; the Head of School put in a lot of time reviewing salary surveys and designing a compensation package that was fair and competitive. The comp policy took the subjective element out of the equation.

The Middle School Faculty are outstanding. They are incredibly hard working, capable and very supportive of one another. They care deeply about the students and like to have fun together. It's an amazing team to be a part of.

As a relatively new school, the mission and vision is still evolving, which means academic expectations are also pretty dynamic. It's an ideal place to work if you are flexible, creative, and open minded.
