Despite the amazing success for the company, reinvestment to employees feels low. This is reflected in annual survey results. Problem is career progression and recognition for work due to strict performance reviews. Also other things like culture shift, socials are no longer 1x a month, now maybe every 6 months?

Great work life balance, solid 9-5 and no expectation for extra hours. Pay is good, and good opportunity for promotions if you do good work - just need to make sure it’s visible
