The pay is good, the product is genuinely solid-ish, and the day to day work can be flexible when things are running smoothly. There is enough autonomy to get things done without micromanagement, and the work itself has potential if the right people are steering the ship.

Svantaggi

Leadership is not great. Communication is inconsistent, priorities shift without much explanation, and decisions often feel reactive rather than thoughtful. There’s a noticeable gap between what leadership says they want and how they actually operate. This makes it harder than it should be to do good work or plan ahead.
