- The tug of war between the two veterans in the office. - Shift pattern 6AM-2PM / 2PM-10PM also during weekends when absolutely nothing happens. - Isolation from the rest of the company based in the US which allows countless unruly and unprofessional behaviour to happen. - Translation requests not taken into consideration even as a native speaker. - NEVER a thank you or a congratulations. No merits given whatsoever. - No progression possible at all even after years in the company. - Showing ambition and potential is taken as a threat by your superior and they make sure to "rein" you down. - Need to beg for months to obtain the tools to do your job properly. - No benefits at all except a mere 1% of your salary for pension that only started a few weeks ago.

Thanks for the feedback. The last time I was in the Swindon office there was a tremendous amount of camaraderie which made me feel we need to continue leveraging this office for broader opportunity.
