Constant change change and chaos with little devotion to employee happiness - Recensione dipendente - Software Engineer presso Kibo Software

I was laid off during a pandemic, basically replaced by a contracting firm. I watched several mass layoffs happen while I was there and I am lucky to have lasted as long as I did. There was a feeling of antagonism between workers and upper management constantly. There was no good reason to lay off good workers during a pandemic, the company was positioned to profit from it tremendously.
