Once Kibo (and Vista) took over Monetate and Certona, all hell broke loose- most of the company was fired or quit. -No support during Covid when junior roles needed it most -Had to work multiple roles for less money -Given specific direction with work, then same direction given was negated 2 weeks later- this went on for months -Extremely high quotas, higher than competitor's quotas -Given the option to take a huge demotion or leave without any conversation or explanation 7 months after having a baby -Another colleague was given the same option to take less money or leave 6 months after she had a baby -All female Sales Directors were fired, not given the same accounts as the men -Kibo /Vista only cares about profit- not people, not culture, and not what's best for the company -Cost-cutting like crazy- firing people to hire younger, cheaper replacements which leads to... -Not much expertise in important roles Avoid at all costs.
