Some great team members, some interesting technology. Interesting being part of the 43North Cohort, they coordinate a lot of good team activities.

New leadership seems generally disengaged from the business. They don't attend or participate in many meetings with employees or customers. As a result they don't have a very strong grasp on the business or industry.
