Working at Kickstand has been instrumental for my career growth. I'm surrounded my a caring and supportive team that genuinely respects me as a worker and a human being. I deeply appreciate Kickstand's collaborative culture and the opportunities I get to continue my professional development.

As with any agency, things can get busy at times! But that is the nature of this career path.

The professional shown throughout the company was encouraging as a junior employee. No matter what level, everyone was willing to help others grow, while showcasing an example of dedicate to their work. Managements were very influential in growth and development. Clients were great, and Kickstand always did a great job making sure accounts were staffed correctly. Professionalism and organization was impressive. If this is your first agency, understand that the benefits are great.

Junior employees/those coming from a different field may have a tougher time picking up the industry through the remote nature of agency.
