Watching all the children growing and learning so they are ready to enter school is really rewarding

Some days the burnout is real.

there was nothing good about working here

they did not listen to their staff they only cared about what the parents saw. they over work and undertrain. i had no training going into this job and i became a lead teacher without a raise and without being told. suddenly i was in a room with a bunch of toddlers all alone. they also don’t give any grace to the teachers everything needs to be perfect. the owners and admin give attitude when you ask for help and even when you call out sick they try to get you to come in. this job was so mentally draining i still have anxiety just thinking about it
