The product is extremely buggy due to poor engineering decisions and reluctance to modernize the tech stack. To make things worse, they let go of a few folks who knew what they were doing and replaced them with people who just want to get on the AI bandwagon.
I worked there for a while and I can confirm that the culture is quite toxic. These folks hire people who have gamed the system. For example, I have literally had a conversation with an engineering manager bragging about how they got away while illegally working as a baby sitter on their student visa. Additionally, from what I have heard from friends still at the company, they have started off-shoring jobs to Mexico for cheaper labor while undercutting American talent.
Very dishonest sales tactics. Always over selling non-existing features and expecting the engineering team to deliver on un-realistic timelines. When PMs pushback, they get fired and replaced with "Yes Boss" kinda people.
The positive reviews you see on Glassdoor?? FAKE. Like someone said previously, take the positive reviews with a grain of salt. They are definitely written by HR.
