The executive team strives to provide a culture for their employees to take ownership of their business and to contribute to new, innovative ideas. No idea is a bad idea. Overall, Kids II is a great place to work - professionally it provides a place for you to grow and develop new skills, as well as personally; it is a very collaborative team so you have exposure to all departments and all levels of management. Your hard work is noticed and rewarded, and every few months we take a break and hit the baseball fields, have the Kids II Olympics, or play Wii Bowling tournaments!
