6yThanks for the feedback. We agree, Ryan is a genuinely good person, and we have a strong group of hardworking team members who are growing and transforming Kids2 globally. Our company events are a Kids2 trademark, and we want to continue to work and play hard.
That’s why we were very sorry to hear you are unhappy at Kids2 and your comments regarding the executive team and president left us with so many questions. We encourage you to talk with your manager, with HR or with any member of the executive team to help us understand more so we can improve.
A few thoughts and objective data on internal promotions. While we are bringing in outside talent because we are rapidly growing, we are also promoting from within. In the last two months alone, 19 team members have been promoted or have taken on new roles to expand their skill sets. At our current size, this is noteworthy. We plan to triple our team member base over the next two years, so we expect more and more opportunities for our team. Let’s have a conversation – we do care.
