5yThank you for providing feedback. Since you are a current Kids2 team member, we are excited to have an opportunity to improve your experience.
First, we encourage you to speak with your manager and/or HR regarding your personal career growth goals. We recently implemented a pilot mentoring program, which you may find helpful. The goal is to roll this out formally in 2021. Helping team members see opportunities and realize their goals will have a positive impact on our turnover rate. Plus, we have an aggressive company goal to reduce turnover, and we’re happy to report, we are making marked progress in the right direction.
Pivoting to a modern, digital consumer goods company, especially during COVID-19 can make our environment feel chaotic, but one of our core strengths is our ability to be agile, so as the consumer market changes or a pandemic hits, we can more easily change course to weather the storm. Even in 2020, as many companies were forced to reduce their employee base, we quickly adapted and are finding ways to not only survive but thrive.
Regarding diversity, we agree there is always room for improvement. We recently created a global, cross-functional Diversity and Inclusion task force that is mapping out our plan to address both short- and long-term initiatives. If you would like to be involved, we welcome your participation.
