Owners should stop listening to the management team for advice on running the business, They should go and walk the ground and see how things are managed daily. No clue how to run any business, The management will pin the blame on us. They do not value staff, in less than six months, more than six staff have left. They will even have the cheek to ask you to stay on even after asking you to go because they can't manage the work or the new hire can't perform. The company will be a better place to work if the management team changed.
