Decisions are made at lightning speed - you don't have to worry about going through all the red tape that exists in larger companies. As the company grows, you will have multippe opportunities to make a difference in this company and industry.

You won't have quite the same resources as larger companies, but that means more responsibility for the team. No 401k matching, but that could change in the future.
