      Product is solid but not the best in the marketplace. Customers love the product and it does work Treated the right way when you travel - don’t have to take multiple flights or stay at dumpy hotels The hiring process is outstanding Training is top notch

      1. Don’t understand global. Every decision is made out of Ottawa 2. All product decisions are out of Ottawa which is why the product is good but not great 3. Passive aggressive culture 4. They don’t want to change even though they say they do

      Hi, thanks for your feedback. We’re proud of our hiring and training programs too so thank you for recognizing them! More than 40% of our leadership team is based outside of Ottawa and we are continuously evaluating processes that encourage crucial cross-border thinking.
