HR manager no tech & HR background but still can promote as senior HR manager (maybe because of her age?). She like to verbal abuse and judge on people outfit, hairstyle, body size, or qualification. No standard and double standard all the time. She like to boycott staff and play politic in the office even HR team only got 2 executive. Super duper high turnover rate in HR team, average change one HR in every 2 months time. HR manager like to take nap if Finance manager is not around. The HR job here super manual and no career growth.
