It was close to home

I was assured that asking questions was a good thing. After 2 weeks I had to limit them to Tuesday and Thursday morning. Not allowed to ask anyone else questions. Got in trouble for talking to someone in the hall that works for the company. Got in trouble for having my email put in the scanner so I could send paperwork to my email. Called the management out for trying to blame me for mistakes made before I was even there. Told her what she called a misunderstanding was a lack of information. Was let go by the end of the day after being there for 3 weeks. If you aren’t a submissive minion, she won’t like you and you won’t last.

Can't think of any pros

Horrible work-life balance. They don't care about your mental health or residents. The environment is hostile.
