Low pay. Micromanagement and constant changes in classroom and center regulations. It's less about the children and more about the profits. Horrible teachers who are on their phones all day and cruel to children keep their job with no worries. All upper management cares about is FTEs and keeping payroll to a minimum and it's more about making money than caring for children.
