I have worked here for 15+ years. No room to grow!!(District managers)They really don't care about they staff in their district. They only care about if we are bowing down to their feet. Stop engaging with the kids to give hugs and show her all the attention. This place is all about money, no overtime and not the benefits of the kids. This is a very high end company but pay very low. Hire none quailfied and no experienced people to be with these babies etc... no correct training. No materials or time, but yet they expect us complete all these task. Dont hold people accountable for their actions, they try and get rid of the best hard workers that have more dedication to this job. (To keep from OT, 1hr 15 min lunches)
