If your a go getter, competitive, and like figuring things out on your own, this is the place for you. The folks at Kindred are some of the best people I know, and a fun bunch of people. Everyone is there to answer questions and put in the hard work.

They do try to take care of their employees and provide financial motivation for performance. Their hearts are clearly in the right place, which is something you don't find very often in business.

Most of the employees are very young and immature, and their actions illustrate that fact on a daily basis. Professionalism is not valued, and a frat house mentality rules the office. Management repeatedly sticks their head in the sand when confronted with the excessive bad habits of certain employees.
