-financially stable company -good salary and benefits -DB pension plan is amazing- can't get anywhere else -company is good with diversity and inclusion

- endless month end reporting/forecasting- everyone is exhausted- long hours - manual processes - all spreadsheets - takes forever to close books -tone at top is brutal- CFO is disrespectful to staff and over demanding -turnover is an issue- new staff don't know processes. Adds to frustration with lost productivity -no flexibility to work from home for finance team, but other departments do it all the time
