Vantaggi
- There's mutual agreement among management that skills can always be taught, but personality and work ethic are the traits that should be valued - Always opportunities to work with infrastructure equipment - The fast paced environment allows you to experience a wide range of issues - Skill and career growth not limited to technical roles, almost everyone in the company has a career path that is defined and supported by their manager - Transparency is commonplace, i've never had to shy away about asking important questions to anyone in the company - There are always opportunities to grown by leaps and bounds, but its all in the individual to put in the time and effort I hate to sound cliche but its literally a "Work Hard Play Hard" environment, everyone here is excellent at what they do because we put in the time and effort to be excellent. After all is said and done, we reward ourselves with a fully stocked fridge of food/snacks, a kegerator, and usually several bottles of whisky. We are proud to tout that we are a team of A-players and anyone less than is quickly weeded out and expelled. We are not elitist, we simply have a good equation for success and we stick to it as closely as possible.
Svantaggi
- There will be days that you work 12-14 hours, but it is in an attempt to figure out how to solve problems that growth happens - Every company experiences growing pains and management will always have a hard time balancing company growth with employee growth - Work/life balance will be an issue here, management can and will help with this but ultimately you are expected to just figure it out for yourself ( AS WITH ANY OTHER COMPANY AND ROLE) - We're a 24/7 support team, on-call duties are shared by all technicians so expect to take a 3-day shift about every once a month
