Never fully staffed, never fully trained, management worried more about the bottom line than how to attain a good bottom line. They limit how many hours of sick pay you can take in one year to 48 hours. Have to fight for vacation day use. District management and higher have forgotten how things actually work at the store level and often have goals and rules that aren't attainable. Retaliation from management often happens.
