Great methodology, professional team, big learning curve

Too focused on profitability, you work like an employee, you end up burned out and overworked, micromanagement

- they give you a lot of work helping you to learn fast ,however, tasks become routinary afterwards

- I did not working like culture, no interest in team building at all - A lot of micro management - No proper onboardings - No time to develop new skills nor make research - Tasks become very routinary after being in a few projects - They do not recruit properly, some managers had no idea what they wanted or what they were doing
