They are not paying their staff properly, I only have a decent salary because tge company I worked for got taken over by Kingdom and I had my wages agreed long before. If you dare to report in sick, even if it's only once a year you get a random text message that "they need reliable staff and they hope that you understand that and avoid repeating it..". Well. Imagine that you are in the hospital with your child who is very ill, the last thing you need is a message like that, it is downright bullying. Also, due to the nature of the job and working hours, it's a zero hour contract. Good luck with getting a mortgage. I had problems with a reference for renting a random flat because of it....
