Hours expectations are much more than 40 per week. Most managers spend 50-60 hours at the park. The workload for Full-Time team is very heavy. The company performance evaluation has exceeds expectations as an option but no one gets that rating unless they sit at a desk and answer emails. The people running the park can never exceed expectations because they are expected to do the jobs of 3-4 people.
