Working in outside conditions that can be really cold

Some of my co-workers and members are some of the best people you will ever meet. . Late night banquets can be fun.

The benefits package and pay at Kingsmill is a joke . Working conditions can be a health hazard. Support from upper management is minimal. They expect outlet supervisor to carry over the entire truck order from the main building since covid. Couldn't take time off for my son surgery and I've had to bring my kids sick into work . I also had to work off the clock for free in order for my restaurant to run smoothly for my employees.
