Behind closed doors, there's a prevalent culture of gossiping among the upper management levels. Although they may appear friendly and engaging in your presence, upper management staff might be mocking you and sharing inside jokes about you and your personal life behind your back. While Kinobi Tech may seem promising at first glance, it's essential to be cautious. Sadly, their facade of 'supportiveness' and 'opportunity' masks an environment rife with unfair compensation, lack of transparent feedback, and toxic workplace dynamics. This feedback is not directed towards the current management, as I understand the ingrained nature of internal dynamics over these several years.
