Remote is slow moving. Get used to it

Supportive and collaborative work culture with highly skilled, approachable colleagues. Communication across teams was strong, and there was very little sense of siloing. Overall, one of the best employers I’ve had the opportunity to work with. In my time there they had engaging leadership, a healthy team dynamic, and a genuine focus on doing quality work.

While I really enjoyed my role and felt recognized for my contributions, I was still included in a round of voluntary layoffs. The company was transparent about the reasons behind the workforce reduction, which I appreciated, but it was still difficult to reconcile given the positive feedback I'd received. It was a reminder that even strong performance doesn’t always guarantee job security during larger strategic shifts.
