Managers who don’t have any knowledge and manage up rather than support their staff. A very immature mid management. A CEO who fake cries in every meeting, disingenuous and really is concerned about numbers rather than employee wellbeing, job satisfaction and the people they serve. You do not get the tools you need to do your role effectively and are gas lit into thinking you aren’t performing. A General Manager that’s a yes person and tells you what you want to hear but doesn’t do anything about the cultural issues occurring in the business. Having passion constantly being questioned
