I built some very good friendships at this job. The money is okay if you're in high school or college. Most of the time the job doesn't require much out of you. Management is friendly and will go out of their way to work with your schedules.

Svantaggi

Corporate does not communicate or send product in a timely manner. Expect to work your butt off for days when they send in 300+ box shipment. Corporate appears to the retail stores as disorganized. They don't care about your stores needs at all, just about making money. No matter how hard you work, around a sale or holiday, there is NEVER enough time to prepare for a sale. OH and they LOVE to change markdowns the day before a sale. Which is illogical when you only have 2 people closing.
