Very good training for fresh grads - I was not expected to remember everything from uni and was given all the required knowledge at the job. Very easy to speak to speak to management - Partners, managers, and associates all sit in the same space and you can ask anyone to have a chat with and they will make time for you no matter how busy the day is. Managers are very supportive and answer any questions in detail and explain the concept thoroughly. First intuition college for (ACCA and ACA) is very good (I found it to be better than uni) and you get plenty of days off for exam preparation. Plenty of socials. Good work and hard work always appreciated - mistakes always caught in reviews - giving me a chance to learn and improve Criticism is always given in a polite and constructive manner as opposed to playing the blame game. Flexibility (Work from home up to 3 days per week after training, I also used to take a longer lunch on Fridays due to religious commitments as long as I make up for it during the week) Best place I have ever worked at - I wish I did not have to leave.

Svantaggi

20 holidays plus bank holidays was not amazing - but considering 6 paid weeks per year study leave, it is understandable. It goes up after a certain time too I believe. Work hours during the busy audit season can be tough - as with any other audit job.
