The people I worked with were great!

No bonus, no 401k contribution. Overtime rare. 3% payraise. Nothing 2025. Layoffs yearly. No appreciation for employees. No in house HR. Firings to cut costs. Fewer people more work. Lack of parts to do job. Constantly changing management.
