Pros: remote, good salary and benefits, great culture, amazing people, fun retreats, freedom to work in the way that fits you best, genuine care from leadership, growing company, mission to help creators earn a living.

There aren't many cons! Lack of opportunities for promotion into a management position. Remote work means you don't get as much in person interaction.
