      Good work/life balance for those with a family. The company has a diverse portfolio, thus you may have multiple options for developing your skill sets. Total compensation package is good and competitive. Profit sharing and company stock have long term benefits.

      Svantaggi

      Organizational politics are a factor but are improving. Can be a little top heavy with too many executives, however that improved as well recently.

      My coworkers are supportive and enjoyable to work with. I have a good work-life balance. The employee events help build connections across teams. I appreciate the positive and welcoming culture.

      Communication between teams could be improved. Career growth opportunities are not always clear. Workloads can feel uneven at times.
