      Positive culture. Flexible working. Nice people. Great products. Good pay and benefits. Good to see staff move from warehouse into office jobs.

      Lack of progression opportunities but mainly because people stayed.

      Staff discount Work environment Team members

      Management are allowed to treat their staff how they wish, despite HR being aware of this they do nothing. Too much pressure on staff, reasonable requests are never met. Staff are treated unfairly. The FD is based on the states and doesn't concern himself with the genuine matters of the staff in the UK. Managers allowed to run amok
