- Does not provide regular and ongoing performance reviews unless you beg and pester your manager multiple times over several weeks/years for one. - Does not provide salary increases regardless of how well you perform. Expect to only get paid what you originally signed and agreed to on your employment contract. - Cost of living increases, if you're lucky enough to receive one, are random and inconsistent at best. Some people will get them, others will not. - Pays only $0.25/km for mileage when expected to travel between stores - High staff turnover both at Head office and in-store. - Makes many promises during the interview process that are never followed through (ie: Paid job training, job promotions) - NO PAID OVERTIME - Their "time in lieu" policy is BS and you will be frowned upon when you attempt to claim any lieu time earned.
