Does not pay out Vaca upon termination. How is this legal in California?
Miscommunication between the recruiter, hiring manager and the interested party. What was said verbally did not match the acceptance letter.

Thank you for your feedback. KitchenSync offers its employees unlimited vacation. As a result, no vacation days accrue to be paid out upon termination.
