It's uncomfortable because there is an expectation that we build a robust product with a fraction of the resources. - Career growth opportunities are very sparse. The organization is very flat and there are no formal growth ladders set in place. - Senior leadership has seen a lot of turnover in the past year which has created instability and re-orgs.
