      Some genuine good people. 5 weeks leave Life balance.

      A lot of people knowledge below minimum expectations, from all levels. No professional development at all with always the excuse there is no budget. Inexistent Goals for each year. They should roll down, but never happens then mid year people endup making up a few goals so they can say they ticked the box

      Depends on who you report to if you seek career advancement. Pay is not that much but again, government organisation.
