The product, the people, and the processes. There is a lack of direction as a company & constant switch on its focus, customer profile, and product improvements. All that is talked about by the CEO is how AI is going to improve everything when the simple core functionality of the product does not even work. Unfortunately even with the inbound demand that comes in, a bad product can’t sell and directly affects churn. The people and leadership lack open and honest communication, and it’s an extremely toxic work environment where favoritism prevails. I would not advise anyone to work here.
