- Great pay - A few great colleagues - I was brought on to deliver an interesting, innovative department which was unique and amazing at the start until it turned into a nightmare.

- The culture is just bad. No one even senior leadership takes accountability for anything its a constant game to see who holding the bomb when it explodes. - The quality of the products we deliver are so poor due to mismanagement at all levels across all departments. - Because the biz is doing poorly there is an extremely toxic culture to meet the 100% billability, where you constantly feel worried whether you will be reprimanded for not having enough hours (despite the constant flock of clients leaving) - There has been so much change and not for the better. Individuality and creativity has been replaced with money making widgets. - I have been reorganized so many times, had so many different bosses, and so many different roles in this company that I feel so bummed by my experience at Klick. - Every negative in terms of culture, Klick has it. Mean girls, liars, no support, and a failing biz model. It's hard not to sound scornful on a glassdoor review but I would really caution anyone joining Klick to really hear these negative reviews.

Hands down the best agency I've worked at, and I've been at all the big ones. Klick is independent which is amazing. While IPG, Omnicom, WPP, and Publicis are all getting messy, Klick has not have mass layoffs in recent history. Creative is definitely valued, and there are a lot of pitches to raise your hand on. The design department is amazing and there. are always talented resources available.

Most creative projects stay within "The Workshop" and aren't accessible for other creatives to work on. High level CDs often prioritize their own concepts and ideas over lifting up and mentoring other creatives. Overall all departments feel pretty top-heavy, but to be fair this is a problem across all of pharma. Some accounts feel more like we are a vendor rather than an AOR. Interviewing process can be hit or miss, sometimes super quick to hire, other times it's super dragged out across many months.

I was on a 3 month contract and did not make it past the 6th week- a first in my 15 year career. Their onboarding was absolutely atrocious. My boss was resistant to walkthroughs and also did not provide necessary information- or even piecemeal information. Some senior team members never had time for walkthroughs and when they did, it was not explained well. One team member was helpful. But no one walked me through their process for projects from start to finish- its very very different from most corporate jobs. No one properly explained their style of documentation in relation to the technology- who to go to for pieces of information, etc. I requested tutorial videos repeatedly and didn't receive them. They basically expect you to ask all the right questions without actually knowing how they work. I honestly did not know why they hired me because they did not give me what I needed to success and add value to the team. No one can ask all the right questions without the proper information. It's up to the company to onboard resources properly! This was an absolutely horrible experience.
