I've never known a company that goes so far out of its way to care for you and support you as a human. There are a lot of great and talented people working at KB.

After some big process and organizational changes, there are new growing pains being worked through. It feels more like a start-up than a well-established business, which can be particularly stressful at times.

I’ve worked with a lot of agencies over the years. KlientBoost stands out because it actually does the hard things well. The team is sharp. People care about the work and about each other. There’s a real bias toward action and outcomes over politics. If something isn’t working, it gets addressed. If something is working, it gets scaled. It's obvious, but rare. Leadership is accessible and transparent. Goals are clear. Expectations are clear. You’re trusted to do your job and given room to think, test, and improve. The culture rewards ownership and accountability without burning people out. From a sales and marketing perspective, it’s one of the few places where performance and long-term thinking actually line up. The work is challenging in a good way. If you care about results, growth, and working with smart people who take their jobs seriously without taking themselves too seriously, this is a great place to be.
