Vantaggi
The benefits are decent, but don't expect to make your bonus on a pay structure that changes twice a year.
Svantaggi
People have written eloquently lately about all the issues at KB, but happy to add my two cents. -Don't mind the good reviews. They ask employees to post them and incentivize for good reviews (just like they do their clients...) -The company is in a constant state of flux dependent on the CEO/founder's whims on any given day. He is far too involved in every aspect of the company, does not allow anyone in leadership to retain any autonomy, and thinks he knows best about basically everything. And hey, don't bother disagreeing with him or even questioning his "vision", as his fragile ego will eventually lead to you being pushed out, fired, or laid off (this is far more likely if you happen to be female.) -Because everyone is afraid of said owner, people in leadership blindly follow his agenda, to the detriment of both clients and employees. -Almost every person in leadership is male, a veritable frat party! Any women that managed to make it to a leadership position have either been pushed out, let go, or been so beaten down mentally and emotionally by the owner that they have chosen to leave. -Client churn is constant, which is a never ending burden on teams as they're always in a state of onboarding new clients and finding it impossible to reach their personal growth/financial goals there. This is blamed on operations, but sales is constantly setting unrealistic expectations that set the operational teams up to fail. -Speed without thought for quality is the name of the game. -Gossip all day, every day: everyone is talking about everyone else, directors included. Can't count how many times I saw directors in whispered huddles with non-HR employees talking about other employees. -With investors having been brought on in the last year or two & the owner's current obsession with the bottom line, the fun culture of perks and parties that KB used to be known for is entirely gone, so all of the above deficiencies have nowhere to hide.
