I've never known a company that goes so far out of its way to care for you and support you as a human. There are a lot of great and talented people working at KB.

After some big process and organizational changes, there are new growing pains being worked through. It feels more like a start-up than a well-established business, which can be particularly stressful at times.

There’s a real bias toward action and outcomes over politics. If something isn’t working, it gets addressed. If something is working, it gets scaled. It's obvious, but rare.
