Don't pay amount as agreed. Requests you arrive early without compensating you for doing so. Change the contracted start date which shorts you 1-day of your first week and expect the nurse to agree not to be paid for the full 36-hours guaranteed per week. They will Pay you whatever amount they want regardless of contract terms and conditions, which stipulate dates, times, and pay consideration expectations. They refused to send me a copy of the information on how to get paid prior to traveling, then they insisted I use a time sheet that was not provided before I left AZ therefore I have no way to print this out and the clincher they didn't want to "bother" sending to their client so they could print and I would have the time sheet available to me. The incompetence is REAL with this company, at least all my direct experiences with them. They are addressed in NV but no one sounds American to me very hard to communicate with.

They were very nice at first, and they seemed to be helpful and understanding in helping this contract nurse obtain the job.

The job ended up showing unfair treatment to nurses, with a particular hate campaign against travel nurses, and Klimbnow was of no help. They even illegally refused to pay me my last week's pay, 36 hours, when I was forced to leave to protect my nursing license. These are are real issues that agencies should know how to deal with professionally, but apparently Klimbnow is not equipped to deal with them appropriately. I have filed a complaint against them with the Department of Labor since each week they "forget" to reimburse me for my labor. This was one of the most unprofessional nursing agencies I have ever worked with, as I have never had my wages held by ANYONE. Nurses, save yourself the trouble and find another nursing agency with an air of professionalism.
