People that just got hired are making more than me and doing less work , they want everybody cross trained but that just leads to you being responsible for everything when they don't make the schedule correctly, managers are terrible they don't really know whats going on and talk to the associates below them with complete disrespect. You get completely chewed out for rewards cards and smart plans, and Rings per minute, but never have i ever gotten a "good Job" or "thank you "
