No communication or organization - Recensione dipendente - Cashier presso Kmart

I worked there for several months, weekly there would be some kind of update to the computers that had the customers filling out more surveys and crap that they didn't want to do but the computer would freeze if they didn't and they never once notified any of the cashiers that there were any changes happening so it would always be a surprise when something new had to be done. Also they forgot to order bags! For two weeks we had just the tiny bags that hold a couple of items each and then the managers yelled at me after bagging the customers stuff in those bags and they called in to complain.
