Temporary job only - Recensione dipendente - Sales Associate presso Kmart

Where should I start. Went onto the floor my first day with no experience at all, overtime, I had to learn what to do. Supposed to work ONE department, instead on days, i'm in every single hardlines department and getting the carts off the parking lot, since there will be only 1 or 2 men in the store at closing. You're not getting extra pay for this. District Manager and Corporate visit often, make no effort to talk to the employees, just criticize how the store is recovered. Dont expect a pay raise
